Shipping & Returns

Turnaround

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, but during peak times this can sometimes take between 48 and 72 hours. If you have an urgent order, please send us an email and we will try our best to process it quicker. You will be sent an email to confirm that you order has been dispatched.

Carriers

All orders are shipped using USPS services and Flat Rate Boxes when applicable to minimise on shipping costs. If you would like your item(s) sent via another service, please contact us for further details before placing your order.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and this will be included in the email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total size of your products plus the packaging when applicable. We use USPS Flat Rate Boxes when possible. Some doorway signs require different packaging. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the shipping options available to you and you are able to select the service that best suits. If only one option is shown then other shipping options are not available to your destination or because of the weight restrictions of the other services.

Returns

Please contact us to discuss further before returning any product. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. We will confirm receipt of your item(s) via email.

* Please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as USPS Signature)

* We will then arrange for you to be refunded accordingly.
